the splash pad was there for the kids.
i had a problem with the tap. it dripped all the time. a worker said a new tap was needed.

Inconsistent Service Quality. A mixed experience
slow service manager attitude
The food service was slow. Staff seemed preoccupied with setting up Bingo, rather than addressing customer needs. The manager's dismissive attitude didn't improve the situation. When the food finally arrived, part of the order was missing. That was annoying.

good furnishings caravan storage regular water
I found our caravan spacious, it had lots of storage. the furnishings looked great and seemed high quality. the water in the hot tub was checked twice a day. That was a relief!
The restaurant menu was small. There were no kids options! it was closed most of our stay, so we ate elsewhere.

beautiful caravan clean caravan quality furnishing excellent food
The caravan was beautiful. it was really clean. it also felt warm with good quality furnishings. the hot tub was great. The water was checked twice a day. i went to the bar, had a coffee, and spent time playing games. i also had the lunchtime meal deal. The food and drinks were excellent.
the receptionist wasn't very friendly, though the caravan was perfect. the site is close to a main road and a train line.

the caravan was quite clean on arrival. i suppose.
the golf driving range was certainly NOT excellent. i only received 25 balls, not many i think, and the staff DIDN'T even seem to care less about reimbursing me.

the lodges were very clean and accommodating. our little girl loved the surrounding areas and play park. the golf course had greens like carpet. the golf range featured a shot tracer.
